Our Value Add Strategy

Once we acquire the property, we plan to:

  • In year one, build 6 additional tree houses with a portion of the proceeds from this offering.
  • Focus marketing efforts on hosting more private events such as weddings, retreats, photo shoots and corporate parties to increase revenues.
  • Hire an event coordinator to oversee retreats and weddings to increase revenues.
  • Implement systematic approaches to making better data-driven decisions.
  • Create a robust social media presence.
  • Hire a third party manager in Belize to assist with local reporting, filings and compliance.
